Just Plain Chips

I didn’t mention that for dinner last night I had Sir Winston’s Toasty Cheese or some such thing. Basically it was a grilled cheese sandwich and cream of tomato soup–one of my favorite meals ever. It was very good and I was glad I ordered it.

Anyway, I came across a tip today on how to make sure the cheese melts completely when making grilled cheese. I’m going to have to try it next time.

Well, overall I had a good night last night. I wasn’t as comfortable as I was at last month’s get together, but I still had a pretty good time. There were way more people there, some of which I didn’t even get to meet. For a few reasons I just wasn’t as talkative and outgoing as last time and that’s just not the mood you need for events like this. But I did pretty good with meeting and talking to new people, including four people from Eritrea, which I had never heard of before a week or so ago.

I still got home too late, so that’s a sign of a good night, right?
