Well, I figure I might as well try out this WordPress on Blogsome thing. I signed up for it, I might as well use it, right?
Blogger is alright, but this place seems way cool. So many features that I don’t even know about yet and probably won’t even use. Obviously it isn’t quite as flexible as if I had my own server, but the Blogsome service seems pretty sweet so far and much more powerful than Blogger. A few of the features I’m a little excited about include: being able to have static pages “out of the loop”, like the about page linked to above the header graphic; the calender for easy archive navigation; categories for posts; and hosting of images on the same domain name.
There are a few bugs that they seem to be working on, like being able to delete pictures you’ve uploaded, but I’m sure they’ll get them all worked out soon.
